Fresh, baby roots are available September- November. Incorporate into soups, sauces, juices, smoothies, and teas. CSA shares available at a reduced price/ lb. until March each year.

Fresh cut Herbs

Fresh herbs are available May- November. Anise Hyssop, Basil, Chives, Cilantro, Dill, Lavender, Lemon Balm, Lemongrass, Marjoram, Mint, Nettles, Oregano, Parsley, Rosemary, Thyme, Tulsi, and more.

Garlic + Scapes

Green garlic in early summer, scapes (garlic flowers) in June, cured garlic in late summer for storage, planting, or fresh eating and while supplies last.
